Please read carefully before purchasing. Placing an order confirms that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms below.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Once payment is made there are no returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations — no exceptions.
Sold As-Is, Where-Is
Every machine is sold in its existing condition, “as-is, where-is,” with all faults. We guarantee only that the machine will be functional and that its condition at the time it is loaded will match the photos and videos provided at the buyer’s request. No other warranties of any kind — express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are made. Full restoration is available as a separate paid service on request.
Inspect Before You Buy
Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, ask questions, and inspect any machine in person before purchasing. Placing an order confirms that you accept the machine’s condition as described.
Transfer of Risk & Liability
Title and all risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer the moment the machine is loaded onto freight for transport. From that point forward, MJ’s Gym Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, defect, or injury arising during loading, transit, unloading, installation, or use of the equipment.
Buyer-Arranged Transport
When the buyer books their own carrier or freight, MJ’s Gym Solutions’ responsibility ends at handoff to that carrier. Any claim for transit damage or loss is solely between the buyer and their chosen carrier. We are happy to palletize, prepare, and coordinate freight on request — but doing so does not extend our liability.
Payment & Pickup
Full payment is required before a machine is released or shipped. Purchased machines must be picked up or scheduled for freight within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing; storage fees may apply thereafter. MJ’s Gym Solutions is a cashless business.
